Review branch naming conventions

Branch naming conventions have changed over time.
The current nomenclature is:
/<PBI_number>-

A couple of questions i have around this:

• Is this a team approach that your taking this from or a wider audience?
• Is there any reason we would/wouldnt utilise the existing policy for branch naming?
