Output key lists duplicate columns

The output key lists both columns 10 and 14 as containing the "actual SSD for error check." Determine whether the actual output prints duplicate information to the two columns (and if so, open new issue to fix that) or whether the documentation needs to be fixed to reflect the true contents of column 10 or 14.

14th column logs the actual SSD. It looks like 10th (&11th) columns do nothing currently. Could remove them, but note that other code will need updating if we do remove these columns (some data extraction/analysis scripts have variables that denote which column is which)
