[QA Review]: Cumulus slowdown on Papio Creek Basin #460
Description
The Cumulus data processing for the same set of products takes much longer from the Papio Creek Basin (400 squares miles) than it does for the Salt Creek(1600 square miles) basin which is approximately 4 times larger.
For the typical 7-day time window for the larger watershed (Salt Creek), the processing time is very reasonable averaging 50 seconds or so.
But, for the typical 3-day time window for the smaller watershed (Papio), the average processing time is 3-4minutes!
