[BUG REPORT]: Download Successful status is misleading when only some of the products are available #474

Describe the bug
When requesting two products for example, where one is available and the other is not, the download reports as successful.
Steps To Reproduce
- From the Cumulus website, select the LMRFC QPE and WPC QPF products for download, then fill out the download dialog as follows: Choose the LRN Office and Tennessee & Cumberland watershed extents, then set the time window to start on 15Apr2024-2200 and end on 18Apr2024-0400.
- Execute the download request then navigate to the downloads page, which should indicate that the download was successful even though only the LMRFC QPE product was available and downloaded successfully while the WPC QPF was not available and not downloaded.
Expected behavior
A clearer indication in the download log, perhaps use a new tag "Partial Success". Also, provide more informative details by the API so that RTS for example can list each product and why a particular product download failed.
