Description
Assuming the staging app has a environment variable called "PARENT_DATABASE_URL" that is the exact same URL as the "DATABASE_URL". We should have a rake task that
- dumps PARENT_DATABASE_URL
- loads the dump into DATABASE_URL
and then make this script run on the postdeploy hook
