Support for Web Access and Robot Access switches in Add-UIPathUser

I am trying to sync AD groups to Orchestrator but when using Add-UIPathUser all users created have Web Access and Robot Access enabled. Is there a way to add them with those disabled?

This requires a fix in Add-UiPathUser. Unfortunately will only work on-premise installations since the UiPath Cloud user management is outside of the scope of what this library can do.
