Fimrware will not Flash

I have tried the trouble shooting steps in the agent listed bellow:
_Firmware update failed. Please try the following steps:

Disconnect and reconnect your USB cable directly to a USB port on your computer and retry the update
If using a USB hub, docking station, or KVM switch, connect the keyboard directly to your computer instead
Close any virtual machine software like VMware or VirtualBox that might interfere with USB devices
Try all USB ports on your computer
Try another computer or another operating system on the same computer
Check whether your user is in the dialout group. After adding your user to the group, reboot your computer
If your UHK got bricked during the update, unbrick it
If the issue persists after trying these steps, please submit a GitHub issue, with your update log attached_

I am on Arch Linux and am up to date with my packages as of the date this issue was submitted.

Hi @Kyle-D-616 ,

Based on the logs Agent can't detect the bootloader of the keyboard. The boatloader is exposed on SerialPort. I don't see any SerialPort in the logs.
I checked the Arch documentation it uses uucp user group instead of dialout. Could you double check your user is added to the uucp?
