Add support for LiveTV

When trying to watch live TV it fails with error: "Could not tune channel. Please check your tuner or antenna."
Example POST request seen on client once tuning is initiated.

I'm not entirely sure if Live TV is something Unicorn could support given that the transcoder would need access to the tuner. If it is a non-traditional (like xteve) or something it might be somewhat feasible if it's a traditional tuner it would need to be something all the transcoders could reach out to.

@Maxou44 You don't need an antenna. You can always spin up a make shift xTeve tuner and add a M3U file from the internet.
