No transcoding externally

Hi, here I am again 😂
I just noticed that when im on 4G plex wont transcode but if i select original quality it works just fine. If i look at htop while trying to play the transcoder process also doesnt show up and locally it does. I did unblock 32400 in ufw because it didnt work at all when i blocked it, could that be the problem? I had the transcoder only available locally thought that could be the problem but now that it is behind nginx still no luck. When transcoding locally at the transcoders webui it keeps saying Current transcodes | 0 Current sessions | 0 thought this didn't matter so does it matter?

Can you share us your configuration ?
If it works with "Original" format it's because it don't transcode, it only download the file.
