Enhance security documentation for CLI tools

**Description**
The current documentation for the CLI Bulk Importer does not explicitly mention the required CSV format.

**Goal**
Add a warning note to the README explaining that the input file must follow the schema defined in `mock-data.csv` to prevent validation errors.
