Cannot run on Linux virtual machine

Hello,
 when I use vxg, 
it can run under Windows environment, 
but it cannot run under Linux virtual machine environment.
The error message is : Could not connect to plugin (WebSocket Error), Please try restart your browser.
So,what should i do?
