App Crashes on launch without connectivity

On First Launch of the app, if user does not have network connectivity, app should not crash.

• Upon launch, app should display alert that notifies user that they will be unable to stream the radio

• Navigating to the schedule page, schedule will display "No Network Connection, schedule unavailable"

• Upon reconnecting, schedule should be fetched at the soonest possible time.
