CSV data download: Bug: water source type CV is returning native terms

It should return water source type controlled vocabulary terms. I think the API accessor code needs an update to point to the right field. It would be great if you could fix it in the local environment first.

FYI there was a previous issue related to the map tiles. Nathan fixed it.
