Ability to Edit Excluded / Included Apps after Initial Installation

Good morning,

I've been deploying the base WAU app to clients and have begun looking into possible Intune deployment instead. Before I go and start testing here, I did have one question... Is there any logic to keep the included / excluded apps list updated with what's configured in the ADMX template? For example, if we discover there's an issue with updating VirtualBox and I added it to the Excluded Apps list through Intune, will that make it's way down to be reflected onto all devices? Or will I need to create some other method of detection to make sure that gets added?

Yes it does, not sure if the setting to "Reinstall on Policy Update" is necessary for it or not, but I'm using it anyways.
