Delay upgrade

First up, great application.
At the moment, certain apps (notepad++, gimp...) get blocked by MS Defender once they get upgraded.
It can take MS a few days to update Defender to take into account the new version.
I'd like to be able to say, hold back on upgrading any new applications for a week once it's available (that'll give MS time to release the new rules for Defender)
I know I can set it to schedule a weekly or more update instead of daily - I could get lucky, for example a my update day is Monday and the new version comes out on Tuesday. But I may get unlucky and the new version comes out on Saturday or Sunday and MS haven't yet updated defender.
