During play on 1.3 I disabled the option "Disable catharsis gain" as there was no way to prevent pawns from calming harmless wanderings inevitably leading to not so harmless breaks. After, when attempting to calm a pawn, on success the pawn doesn't go to their room or snap out of it, instead continuing to wander. Restarting the client seems to have cleared it.
There may or may not have been an interaction with the "Anxious" trait from Vanilla Expanded Traits, which the person attempt to perform the calming had (and was having a panic attack).
