No option to sort the array values in a #loop function. In addition -the #exists & #existsandnotempty functions don't support evaluation from the root node

The current JUST.net version does not support sorting the array order in a #loop function.
The #exists and #existsandnotempty functions don't provide an option to validate from the root level

I added the missing functionality and provided it at: https://github.com/hpitzer69/JUST.net.git

The enhanced function support has been documented in the README.md and validated as additional Unit tests.

I also migrated the JUST.net framework from .net6 to .net8
