Also based on your error looks like the file, me.wouterdek.magic4pc_1.0.1_all.ipk does not exist in the bin directory. You might have to provide the full path of the ipk file. for example - c:/path_to/me.wouterdek.magic4pc_1.0.1_all.ipk
