[X# 3] Adding Files to a VO SDK Project adds them as Compile Item

Describe the bug
Adding Files to a VO SDK Project adds them as Compile Item while EnableDefaultCompileItems is true.
This leads to an Error regarding Duplicate Compile Items.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Create a new VO SDK Project.
Add a new .prg File.

Expected behavior
The File should not be added as Compile Item to the Project as long as the EnableDefaultCompileItems is true.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 11
• XSharp 3.0.0.1

This was not supposed to happen. There is already code to check for this. We will look into this.
