[X# 3] Adding DLL-References to a VO SDK Project shows them Duplicate under Frameworks

Describe the bug
Adding DLL-References to a VO SDK Project shows them Duplicate under Frameworks.
On first Add the Reference is shown directly under Dependencies.
After a Reload of the Project they are moved under the Frameworks node and shown there duplicate.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Create a new VO SDK Project.
Add a Reference to any DLL.
Unload and Reload the Project.

Expected behavior
DLL References should appear only once and not under the Frameworks node.

• OS: Windows 11
• XSharp 3.0.0.1

What was the assembly that you were adding?

Mainly XSharp Assemblies, but also other DLL-References. All DLL-References end up duplicated under Frameworks.
