Add support for NeoForge

It would be nice to see a Neoforge version of this mod.

As stated on the mod page, official Forge support is not planned, and the mod works with Syntra Connector in the meanwhile.

However, if enough people show interest I will consider it. Let's say 30 different people reacting to this issue to get started.
