OPERATOR AND PRIVILEGES CONFIGURATION SECTION BUG

Operclass "servicesadmin" can be easily changed to "SA", it shows in /os soper listclass - as it has been changed. BUT when you want to rename operclass "ircop"  to let say "SOP" , it is not changing name in soper list, it ADDs new operclass in Soper listclass, as an additional operclass. But we just renamed existing class, same as we did with servicesadmin renamed to SA, and it was OK.
