Edge Case: Hello Dolly #78
Description
I have enabled the live preview on playground feature on wordpress.org, but the "Hello Dolly" plugin is there reported as non existent on wordpress.org and is showing no data at all. This seems to be an edge case (or maybe because it is because it is a standalone file).
Needs some digging, why this happens and how to fix it, so we do not have this "bug" shown in the live preview, as there is Hello Dolly and "Plugin Report" installed.
