Some new JS task management tool for hot-reloading

Right now, we are being very vintage and using a Makefile. Maybe we should switch to a JS task runner to auto hot-reload the Main.elm file that needs to be compiled? Gulp? Grunt? Bower? What sould we use?

Of course, the cons are the extra dependencies. But then again, on Windows, Make is a non-trivial extra dependency to install...
