mlperf scripts missing

Hi all,

make -j -C ./gpu-app-collection/src mlperf returns sed: can't read download_dataset.sh: No such file or directory
I think this scrip is missing in the directory.

You're right, these are remnants from an old mlperf implementation (I need to remove it), we moved to using the official mlcr scripts (mlperf_inference), at the moment only bert is supported
