Incomplete docker container environment

Hi Team,

Thanks a lot for the great work. While trying to start a local container following the instructions .

I found that the following command failed

docker run ghcr.io/accel-sim/accel-sim-framework:ubuntu-24.04-cuda-12.8 /bin/bash short-tests.sh

Currently there are no short-tests.sh under the directory. I have to clone the repo and run it.
