jdk26 mirroring fails with: Committer identity unknown

Summary

As of 11am GMT on the 15th of December, the jdk26 mirror job appears to consistently fail with the error below.

It appears to be a configuration issue, so I've alerted the infrastructure team and asked them to review the config.
