Custom format: add an option to return the full aff string, not just aff_canonical by default #281

From a user:

I’m immensely grateful for the service ADS provides but, in “Export Citation”, is it possible to export the full author affiliation?

For example, Custom Format “%F” now returns "International Centre for Radio Astronomy Research” for my own papers, rather than "International Centre for Radio Astronomy Research, University of Western Australia, Crawley, WA 6009, Australia”, which used to be the case.

I know this change was made a few years ago, but it would be much more useful for me to be able to access the full address for offline data manipulation. For example, we like to keep track of which countries ICRAR co-authors come from, and which node of ICRAR authors are based, but this data is now incomplete.

Currently, ADS seems to use a mix of short-form curated affiliations and long form normal affiliations. I’d just like to be able to access the original long form affiliations via the ADS API.

Possible option: provide a separate specifier (%f instead of %F?) to return aff instead of aff_canonical
