Floating action button does not work in some devices. 

Devices used: 
Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 (SM-T113NU) running Android 4.4.4
Huawei Y6 (ATU-L22) running Android 8.0.0 

Floating action button that adds a new bookmark does not function at all in the Tab 3. When tested using my Y6, it works just fine.
