f-droid latest version (1.2.4) cannot be installed on Android 14 (Samsung Galaxy S23+); says incompatible version (Requires: targets 6.0),and trying anyway fails with Error installing Pocket Gopher / Failed to install due to unkniwn error

Could it be made to work with recent Androids?
