Pan-STARRS saturation limit

Identify where Pan-STARRS saturates and code this as negative values in .phot file

I imagine this is (or at least should be!) accounted for in some way in the Pan-STARRS data itself (either by not reporting saturated stars or by providing large errors). But still someone may want to check on this.
