Description: Create the foundational meta-agent class that will serve as the parent for all specialized meta-agents (Product, Software, Project). This class should support dynamic agent spawning, resource injection, and self-modification capabilities.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Base meta-agent class with abstract methods for spawning logic
- Support for dynamic prompt template injection
- Interface for tool binding at runtime
- Basic self-analysis capabilities for task complexity assessment
