Bandicam incompatibilty

If you open up bandicam (screen recording software), then inject your DLL into the game - DLL will work overall, but overlay will not be drawn
Same goes for Fraps as it has its own FPS overlay

Related to #16 and #21
Atm we have an discussion about the rendering component, but I don't think we can ship an solution for any game that is using DX9. Maybe we should look, how Fraps etc. creates their hook and then hook onto them instead.

Also #21 may be fixed with (replace C:\ with %windir%) :
