Package not appearing on NPM

Hi, thanks for this great package

Is this https://www.npmjs.com/package/arabicstring the package link on npm? Because it doesn't show the package but shows an npm notice, is this still maintained?

Also I recently created a package that has similar functionality to this one https://github.com/justgo97/arabic-utils I hope it can be of some benefit.
