Use the Twitter API to build a tweet with a custom template and tag a gov representative

Upon successful contribution, the user can pick a US representative of their choice, by address, and share their contribution via Twitter. The system will have a button that once clicked will pop up a browser tab with a pre-set message that the user can send.
