Please git-tag releases

If possible, could you tag releases? We package bar-cursor for the GNU Guix distribution and we'd like to be able to get automatic update notification for bar-cursor at some point.

Oh sure, that's no problem. My usage of Emacs is fairly light these days so I don't anticipate any more releases in the short term but I can do so in the future.
