Minimized Chrome browser de-minimizing

Hi @alexcormier, great library, thank you for it!

That said, I am experience a strange scenario when using it.

I have downloaded the binary, rather than install via homebrew, and am running it with a chrome window minimized. Each time I run setwp, it de-minimizes the chrome window.

I recorded a video of the occurrence:

Any ideas what could be causing this?

Hey @motdotla, glad you like it!

That's interesting; I never noticed this behavior but I can reproduce it. This comes from the need to restart the Dock application for the changes to be applied, which apparently de-minimizes all minimized windows.

It's possible to change the wallpaper for the current desktop using Cocoa, which does not de-minimize windows, but it doesn't expose enough options to support everything that's supported in setwp, or even to just trigger a refresh after the changing settings with setwp. (It's basically just like system preferences, but even more restricted.) So it has to be possible, but it's probably not accessible from any public API.

So I don't think there's an easy solution really, but perhaps there's a not so easy one. I'll look into it more in the coming weeks when I have a bit more free time.
