opus audio and audio bitrate settings...? #139

Has it been discussed to add opus audio support and more audio settings in general?
Opus enables good audio quality with very low bitrates. It would be especially useful if you need to send very long video message.
I am sometimes using the app for that and by choosing 320x240px resolution and hevc I get video bitrate very low (about 100kbps) but audio bitrate is 128k
When working with this kind of material 32k opus is more than plenty and even 16k opus would be enough for me.
I have audio recorder that encodes on fly to opus so the capability seems to be on modern android phones.
How could settings be modified?
Audio settings:
Audio encoder (AAC or opus)
Audio bitrate (6k, 16k, 32k, 48k, 46k, 96k, 128k, 192k, 256k)
WEBM container allows opus so this would also make possible to have recording with both video and audio to WEBM container.
ps. in video format settings there reads WebM but no codec is specified. WebM supports AFAIK 3 codecs (VP8, VP9, AV1). Which one it is (I assume VP9) ? would be good to specify it in the settings.
