Authorize Approval is always denied when clicked either Approve or Deny button

I have removed openid value from autoapprove column in the oauth_client_details table so as to enable authorization from users after authentication. The authorize.html is loading but when I click either Approve or Deny, always it is DENIED.

Can you please help on this
