Update diff-so-fancy configuration

The current diff-so-fancy configuration relies on default settings.

This projects provides a lot of settings to customize it to user needs. Updating the default configuration with one that is more relevant to my need should be considered.

In order to close this issue, these tasks must be done:

1. Read diff-so-fancy documentation
2. Update my current configuration

This has been reviewed the the laptop archi git configuration is updated. Will be resolved once this has been pushed on the repository
