Update/fix broken/incorrect URLs in copyright/about/tutorial message strings

Micropolis.W10/Assets/strings/GuiStrings.properties and its various translations have some strings which point to unhelpful URLs:

• In the English (GuiStrings.properties), German (GuiStrings_de.properties) and French (GuiStrings_fr.properties) files, CopyrightTB, main.about_text, about.Text and/or help.Text all contain the URL http://andreas-balzer.de/micropolis as a part of these messages; the URL as of right now redirects to LinkedIn's authwall page which is 100% guaranteed to be unhelpful and what the user is not looking for. I guess the very least it should redirect to https://github.com/andreasbalzer/MicropolisForWindows ?
• The Swedish file (GuiStrings_sv.properties), which appears to be only a partial Swedish translation and apparently contains German source texts (?!), has a bunch of references to URLs starting with https://code.google.com/p/micropolis which as of today redirect to https://github.com/simhacker/micropolis
