Missing (and wrong) tags for some releases

0.9.0, 0.9.1 and 0.10.0 releases have not been tagged on the repository. Since the project does not include a changelog either, it's hard to know which code each release contains.

Also, I think the current tagging is wrong. The 0.11.0 tag points to dd77495, but it seems to be the exact same release as 0.12.0. It seems that the 0.11.0 tag name is wrong and should be 0.10.0 instead.
