[Bug] Stylebot does not activate until manually triggering the extension

Describe the bug

Custom styles are not applied when Chrome first opens. I have to trigger the extension by clicking "Open Styebot" from the menu

Browser

Chrome version 136.0.7103.92 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Ubuntu 24.04 LTS

To Reproduce

1. Open the browser
2. Go to site with planned custom styles - custom styles do not apply.
3. Click on the extension icon
4. Click on "Open Stylebot"
5. Custom styles apply

Expected behavior

Custom styles are applied from the start of the session
