I am currently developing a Rust service utilizing the arrow_flight crate version 52.2.0. To facilitate interaction between this service and a Java application, I plan to use the Apache Arrow Flight SQL JDBC driver. Could you advise on which version of the JDBC driver would be compatible with arrow_flight version 52.2.0?

Additionally, if there are specific version matching recommendations or compatibility considerations, please provide relevant guidance.

I don't know of any version restrictions

@CaptainCah Usually I advise to use the most recent JDBC driver. AFAIK there isn't anything major missing from the drivers perspective. A few things I know the driver does not support:

• PollInfo. Seems to be implemented but it is not used
• Compressed IPC streams. Fixed in GH-926: Shade arrow-compression with Flight JDBC driver arrow-java#937
