Add allowed domains to a place like:
https://privacy.apache.org/policies/asf-domains.html

It would be best if the list is in a format that could be more easily parsed than HTML - e.g. YAML.

The HTML page seems easy enough to parse as it is. Rather than publishing it in a different format, adding a simple ID to the list on the HTML page would be just as effective, and a lot less effort.

Something like

<ul id="asf-domains">
  <li>any23.com</li>
  <li>any23.org</li>

Maybe, though it would need to be made clear to maintainers that changing the format of the list might cause issues downstream. Also, the pages are created from Markdown; how does one add an id to the generated UL tag?

Markdown is probably easier to parse than HTML so another approach would be to create a sibling page with the DPA domains, rather than changing the function of the existing page.
