Subject: [PATCH] Added a requirements link for external libraries

Dokan library is not required to run, but to actually mount stuff.
This should be declared better. Other than that this project works like a charm to compile in Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2013 (v12.0.31101.00 Update 4)
