Creation of coords file

I am using the tutorial workflow, with my own file, and have one issue.

What is the required format of the plot coords file? ("....and their centre resides inside or on the bounding box specified by the plot boundaries"), so I may create one from my own plot.

Its a space seperated file, one line.
formatted as:
minx maxx miny maxy

here is an example
-5.9853 19.6234 -20.7997 5.8365

It is normally generated by finding the extents of the individual scans.
note this is not the extent of the pointcloud.
