Add an `autoretrieve` command run guide doc

It'd be nice to have a run guide of some kind to help others who'd like to run an autoretrieve node get started fairly easily. This could include an install, getting started, and maybe an explanation of config props. I don't want this to be a huge maintenance burden, but there is currently no easily accessible documentation for anyone that wants to run a node.
