disabling zoom short-cuts should disable ctrl+mouse-wheel up/down font zoom as well.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.disable zoom short cuts (uncheck) (i do this since emacs undo key conflicts 
with them)

2.in mintty, ctrl+mouse wheel to increase or descrease font (annoying happens 
acciendently for me)

3.there is no way to reset the font size to original unless enable zoom short 
cuts and do ctrl+0, then it defeats to purpose.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
disabling zoom short cuts, should disable all zoom operations including 
mousewheel (or give an option to mouse to reset the font)


What versions of mintty, Cygwin/MSYS, and Windows are you using?
mintty 2.1.2 on cygwin
