changing mixer volume within mixer view unmutes a channel

we can set mute/solo states within the mixer view or by pressing shift/ctrl + {track number}
when changing the volume knob within the mixer view the channel unmutes, but this doesn't change the mute state within the UI (likely does within tone.js)
what happens if there's a channel that's solo? do we just unmute? prevent adjusting the volume? something else?
